This notice explains what Sphere Construction, INC (“we”) collects when you use this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Chat assistant. The messages you type, the contact and project details you give (such as your name, phone number, email and project address) and any photos or files you upload. These are saved so our office can review your request and follow up.
- Phone and email. If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can respond.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views: which pages are visited, the site you came from, your country and the type of device and browser. It does not use cookies, does not identify you personally and does not follow you to other websites.
- Technical records. Like most websites, our server and Cloudflare (which delivers and protects the site) record your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How the chat assistant works
Replies in the chat are written by our AI agent and may be incomplete; our office reviews every request. Your messages, and any photos you attach, are processed by our AI agent so it can reply and understand your project. They are not used to train AI models.
Please do not share payment details, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, arrange a visit and follow up on your project.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
- To keep the website secure and stop misuse.
We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Only with companies that help us run this website (our hosting provider, Cloudflare and the provider of our AI agent), or when the law requires it.
Some fonts and images on this site load from Google Fonts and Unsplash. As with any web request, those services receive your IP address and browser details.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The chat window keeps your conversation in your browser’s session storage so it stays on screen as you move between pages; it is cleared when you close the tab. Staff who sign in to manage the site receive WordPress login cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep chats, requests and uploaded files for as long as we need them to handle your request and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You never have to use the chat; you can call us instead. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
